20 Day Fast: Days 14 - 15

No big updated or breakthroughs.


On the 15th, my hunger was basically zero. I may have had some hunger feelings once.


Second, I have kicked up the intensity to another level on the exercise and I have been doing about an hour per day or walking and now jogging.


No real issues. My muscles feel a little weak. Lungs seem pretty good. No joint pain at all.
