There are just a few things here. First, over the weekend, I wasn't as regimented with the vitamins and electrolyte water. I was feeling fine. I probably did one electrolyte water per day on average.
Then there are two important things.
Exercise
I started to get more active. I don't feel super strong, but yesterday I did a walk-run on the treadmill at about an intensity level that I did at the April. Remember, I was pretty much sedentary in May. That was a bit of surprise.
Ketones and Blood Glucose
a I have measured my Ketones and Blood levels three times since I got the monitor. The good news is that I am not reactive to the sweetener in Coke Zero. The first image is my first test with the machine. The second image is 30 minutes after a Coke Zero and the third is an hour after a Coke Zero. I am glad that I have some flexibility, but sweeteners aren't good for a lot of reasons and I am going to continue to try to cut back.
