20 Day Fast: Day 9

Today was an ok day. Part of the day I didn't feel well. I felt tired and had hunger pangs.


One thing is that I have noticed is that I don't see a discernible difference in the hunger pattern. I'm usually not hungry and then have 3 - 5 periods per day where I have hunger pangs that last 15 - 30 minutes. I thought that if my body enters keto and becomes fat adapted that I should rarely feel hungry and fat burns should give me energy. Maybe it's that I'm fasting and not eating keto.

Schedule

6:30 am woke up

7:00 am La Croix NiCola

9:00 am LMNT and 16 oz water

Vitamins

9:30 am coffee 1.5 cups

1:30 pm 32 oz mint tea

5:00 PM LMNT and 16 oz water

8:00 PM 25 minute walk outside
