Because the schedules are relatively repetitive, I moved them to the end.
I would say these are the first days that I am seeing noticeable changes in the mirror. This can be really hard, by the way, because it is difficult to see the subtle changes day-to-day.
This evening I had some stomach pangs, stomachaches and my mouth tastes funny.
I was able to walk in two 30 minute sessions today.
4:30 am woke up after going to bed at 12:30.
4:45 am 30 minutes walking on the treadmill, no lightheadedness
5:30 am Bragg's Apple Cider Vinager 2 TBSP and 16 oz water
6:00 am La Croix NiCola
7:30 am Coffee 1.5 cups
Vitamins
10:00 pm LMNT and 32 oz water
12:30 pm La Croix Beach Plum
1:00 pm Coffee 1 cup
3:30 pm LMNT and 16 oz water
8:00 pm 30 minutes walking on the treadmill, no lightheadedness
