20 Day Fast: Day 10 - Half Way There

Pretty good day today. I had some morning hunger pangs, but the afternoon and night were easy. I am wondering where this "ketosis energy" is. I don't feel lethargic, my "sedentary" energy is good, but walking around and picking stuff up I don't feel strong.


I also got my Keto Mojo Ketones and Glucose Monitor. It was a little intimidating, but it's not that hard to use once you read the directions. You can see my first test results below. I am in ketosis and my blood sugar is low.


Half way there! This feels good. 10 days is a lot of people's end goal. It's a long fast. I am confident that I can keep going if I want to and it should only be down hill from here.



Schedule

6:30 am woke up

7:00 am La Croix NiCola

8:00 am coffee 1.5 cups

9:00 am LMNT and 16 oz water

11:30 am LMNT and 16 oz water

6:00 pm 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar and 16 oz water

8:00 PM LMNT and 16 oz water

9:00 PM 25 minute walk outside

**Note: on all of these schedules where I post what I am consuming, I am generally trying to post everything, but there may be instances where I have some water where I don't put it in the schedule.
